This is our most recent video, from Monday, Feb. 9, 2009. I am starting to build up the amount of time she has to stay on the mat before I click. I started off by clicking for just a slight hesitation on the mat, and now I'm up to 1-2 seconds. If she steps off too soon, I mark it with my NRM ('nope') and she has to try again:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02MeaDg6duII'm going to leave the mat at this distance until I have her standing on it for probably 5-8 seconds. Then I will start increasing the distance until she is going all the way to the other end of the living room and standing on the mat for 5-8 seconds. Then we'll move outside and I'll start back at square one, with the mat right at my feet. Of course, since she already knows the exercise, we will be able to progress a lot more quickly outside than we are progressing now.
