THE BEST PREVENTION for junkmail floodings is

not clicking on just any box that comes up(as many are programmed with spyware) and to be very careful who one gives the e-mail addy to!

Another source of 'unwittingly' passing on unauthorized by the owners of e-mail addresses are those FWDs, Chain-letters and E-cards! the latter two are collecting addies and selling them!

IF people feel they 'must' pass FWD's on, then at least they should put all their contact-addies in the BCC bar (NOT CC!) so that they remain invisible to others!
