shepherds I recently took in. She has a congenital heart defect, and goes to the

vet on Wednesday 8/19/09 for an X-ray of her heart and for a complete blood

panel. He (the vet) recommended an ECG last year to her previous

owners, but they never had

one done. She may need surgery to repair her heart, and the cost could
