Organic food is best for everyone, though not everyone can afford it. That's because none of the governments really care about the health of their people. If they did, they would reduce the taxes on organically grown food and tax those cheapNaste over-salted, over-sugared, low quality tins/rancid fats/convenience foods! AND they would put MrDonnalds/King Burgers and their likes out of business.
WHAT and loosing all the taxes they pay? THEY WOULDN'T AND THEY WON'T!

I buy as much organic as I can.. I am paying through my nose but I want to get many more pension cheques before I snuff it!

I just wish I had, when I bought this property, organized my garden as a 'eat as you grow' plot instead of pretty shrubs and trees. But with two male Schnauzers 'watering' it seemed a bit futile then.

So now I buy the (organic) stuff and dogs get it too.
